By downloading or using Vibe Note ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Vibe Note is a free mobile application for managing, organizing, and using AI prompts. The App provides tools to save prompts with dynamic variables, categorize them, and optionally connect to third-party AI services.
Free Use
The App is provided free of charge. No subscription or payment is required to use any feature within the App.
User Content
- You retain full ownership of all prompts and content you create within the App.
- All content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your content.
- You are responsible for the content of your prompts and how you use them with AI services.
Third-Party AI Services
The App allows optional integration with third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter). When using these services:
- You must comply with each provider's terms of service.
- You are responsible for your own API keys and any costs incurred from those providers.
- We are not responsible for the output, availability, or behavior of third-party AI services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brahim Bidi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
